Hastelloy alloy material commonly used two kinds of C-276 and C-22.
Hastelloy C-276 alloy is a tungsten-containing nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with a very low silicon carbon content and is considered as a universal corrosion resistant alloy. The main moisture-resistant chlorine, a variety of oxidizing chlorides, chloride salt solution, sulfuric acid and oxidizing salts, have good corrosion resistance in low temperature and medium temperature hydrochloric acid. Therefore, in the past three decades, in harsh corrosive environments, such as chemical industry, petrochemical industry, flue gas desulfurization, pulp and paper, environmental protection and other industrial fields have a wide range of applications.
Hastelloy C-22 is more resistant to even corrosion in oxidizing media than C-4 and C-276, and has excellent resistance to localized corrosion. Hastelloy C-276 has good resistance to oxidative and moderate reducing corrosion, excellent stress resistance Corrosion ability. Hastelloy C-2000 is the most comprehensive corrosion resistant alloy with excellent resistance to even corrosion in both oxidizing and reducing environments.
