Stainless Steel Wire Mesh can paint and coat various colors of metal on the surface, black, gray, white, red, etc. According to different usage conditions, the stainless steel mesh is different in surface coating.
Depending on the alloy, the coating may have multiple formulations. The coating consists essentially of three types of materials:
1. Powdered refractory material on the surface of stainless steel mesh (such as zinc oxide, talcum powder, Haosha powder, diatomaceous earth, etc.)
Second, stainless steel mesh coating adhesive (commonly used water glass, syrup or paper pulp, etc.).
Third, the solvent (water). For specific recipes, please refer to the relevant manual.
Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Surface Coating meets the following requirements:
To have a certain viscosity, easy to spray, form a uniform thin layer on the surface of the stainless steel mesh: the coating does not crack or fall off after drying, and is easy to remove: has a high refractory temperature: no high gas will generate a large amount of gas: no Chemical reaction with the alloy (except for special requirements), etc., the above is the precautions for the surface coating of stainless steel mesh.
